At CrossFit Shift, we constantly strive to offer the greatest training to our clients, forever expanding our knowledge and practices.
Our Mission is:
-To promote a safe and welcoming environment for all
-To tailor programs to reach individual needs and goals
-To lead from the front within the fitness industry, while demonstrating our commitment to the needs of each participant
-To advance the performance and confidence of our members by confronting difficult challenges that others will not do and/or cannot do
